Data deletion instructions

You can ask us to delete all data we hold about you, including data received from Facebook, at any time.

Option 1: Remove our app from Facebook

  1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
  2. Find ADEN IO LTD and click Remove.
  3. Tick the option to delete activity if offered, and confirm.

This stops our access immediately. We then delete your Facebook data, including access tokens, within 30 days.

Option 2: Email us

Send an email to abdullah@adenio.co.uk with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address linked to your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Deleting your data does not delete adverts or ad accounts that belong to you on Meta. Those stay under your control in Meta Ads Manager.
